ok, so I know that in order to play pc engine/turbografx 16 CD games on Wiimednafen or Wiiengine I need to take some steps
1. Download the rom
2. Drag the contents (ISO and CUE files) to bincuesplit exe
3. Add syscard: syscard3.pce line over the Leadin in .toc file
But I can't seem to find roms that have ISO and CUE files. All i get is (FAAT) folders with a bunch of .bin files and no iso file or a folder with .ccd, .sub, and .img files. And you can't do anything with those, can you?
Anyway, 2 questions
1 where do I find "normal ISO and CUE roms?
2 how do I get roms with .img .bin etc files inside to run?
