I literally only made this account to ask about this. I am trying to play NTSC Smash 3DS online on a PAL 3DS. When I go in the Online Mode the 3DS Service User Agreement pops up. When I accept it a message says: "You will not be able to play online without agreeing to the Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement". After that I get kicked back to the main menu. My Firmware is on 1.1.8 and i am using Luma 9.1 if that helps. The same thing happens with every other NTSC game I have. Is there some sort of workaround for this?

Make an EmuNAND, region change that with the USA 3DS firmware, and Format System Memory to unlink the NNID. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you have n3DS / n3DSXL / n2DSXL, this might not work as these systems are locked out from different region Nintendo eShop. This may apply for online play for certain games, too.

Actually, scratch everything from above. Super Smash Bros. 3DS is cross region compatible in online play and local play, so JPN vs USA vs EUR vs etc., should be possible.
