I've tried a few different ways to play movies (usually avi) through my wii, because I don't have a dvd player that plays xvid. So far the best I've found is using weezo to act as a media server in a different room, but it is kind of a pain since it needs to connect to the internet set up an account, blah blah blah, just to set up a local media server. Has anyone found a better way to play avi files through their wii?

Thanks
