Hacking Playing Custom VC games on reiNAND 9.5

Hello again all! For the past few days I've been scouring all over this site and the entire internet, and I can't find an answer

Here's my setup:
US N3DS originally 9.0 fw, using Ninjhax 1 to launch Pasta ( later today will have reiNAND with an updated 9.5 emuNAND - shouldnt be a problem getting that up and running)

Here's my goal:
To play custom VC games ( specifically Sega Genesis Mortal Kombat - which i found as a CIA on some site)


I've read different things about deleting some file from NAND, and replacing it with a CIA found on that same site, either

AGB_FIRM-PatchedV1-0004013820000202.cia


or

AGB_FIRM-PatchedV2-0004013820000202.cia (with GBA BIOS boot screen)


Now... getting reiNAND going isn't my issue, but can I use BBM to install one of the patched AGB_FIRM CIAs above, instead of FBI? Don't I need to delete some system title before doing so? Should this be done in Pasta sysNAND? And if I decide to unlink my NANDs will I still be able to play custom injected VC games in my reiNAND 9.5??

Please help, or point me in the right direction?

For New3DS process basically the same except Title ID is 0004013820000202 v4816.

Also. I don't think you need the AGB_FIRM Signature patcher to play injected Genesis games. Nonetheless, use this.

You don't need AGB_firm patched unless you want to play Gameboy Advanced games

As example, here are the names of some of the CIA's I'd like to to install/play, that I found on some random website:

You need to install AGB_FIRM-PatchedV1 or V2 to play GBA. Doesn't matter which one. MAKE SURE YOU DELETE 0004013820000202 AND INSTALL AGB_FIRM-PatchedV2-0004013820000202.cia. Just follow the instructions on the link I gave you and make sure it's for NEW 3DS not OLD 3DS.

You don't need AGB to play NES .cias
