Hacking Play NDS games on hacked 2DSXL (Seedminer) with old flashcarts or with hacked software?

I have 2 old flashcarts (see bottom pics), i think the yellow one is fake, but my question is if i can use any of these to download nds games on them for my hacked 2DSXL, and if not what is my sd option?
I had heard of DSIMenu++ and Twilightmenu but i have no info on them.
Also what about GBA games, is there an emulator i can install on my 2ds?

I would recommend they use the flashcarts for DS games. That's a v4-v5 r4ids.cn there, and it should work great with luma3ds.
