Hacking Play MP3s from a DVD

I've search google and this forum and cant find if there is any way to play MP3 files from a DVD with homebrew? I know you can use an Sd card but you cant fit many songs on my shitty 512MB card. Any help is appreciated.

simple why don't you buy a usb stick/drive or sdhc card for your wii, or better still just use your normal dvd player?

mplayer plays mp3 and avi and supports dvd/usb/sd

for dvd support you need a modchip or dvdx installed.
