No. Of course not. This would not make much sense (from Nintendo's point of view).
Gamecube/Wii/Wii U discs are NOT standard DVD/BD. You can not produce these with normal writers and normal blank media.

Early Wii consoles can read burned media after softmodding. But this is not reliable. Better use an USB backup loader. Softmodding your Wii is not hard.

Thanks my Wii is softmodded and I think it has a chip idk but my friend wants to play the game but NOT softmod his wii... I told him it wouldn't take more than 15 minutes but... yeah. Thanks for the answers!
