Hacking Place Roms in folders?

Ok so i got my dstt... i made a folder called roms...
now in that folder is it better if i make a folder for each game(Pokemon-->pokemon.nds and pokemon.sav)
or just leave all the .nds and .sav in the roms folder?
thanks for your help...

You won't have to press twice to start the game, at least not on the regular firmware, as DSTT lists everything from every folder in one list.

Not that there's any reason to put games in their own folder over having just having them all in the games folder.

I see no advantage to making separate folders for each game. It's not like you see the save files in the menu. It just makes it a lot more difficult to make backups of save files if they're not all in the same folder.
