Gaming Place Mii - Streetpass, lately used game

Hi, I was wondering, how is set the latly used game of a Mii in streetpass ? is it the last used game, or the game the most played in the day/week/month ?

In friend list you can pick your favorite game. In Streetpass Mii Plaza it automatically picks the last used game.

not sure that it's the latest used game, or everybody will be using the camera or plaza (I'v actually 'met' Mii with thoses). I was just wondering at which point which game is displayed

It can be if you've played the game right before or are playing the game at the moment it send streetpass data to other users.

Dumb question about this...

I remember a few months back, some guy had modded his SP latest used title to Twilight Princess 3D (which turned out to be a hoax). Anyways, I saw that this was possible via homebrew (another guy managed to change his last played to BlargSNES), but that was before hax2.5 was out. Is this stored in the extdata or something?

Wouldn't a custom CIA show up like that under these conditions? From my understanding, homebrew CIAs work almost identically to eShop titles.
