With PKHex not put great stats , but little ( I want legit pokemon ) pokemon I give the nickname , and press the red star near PID , insert ' ' memories ' ' and no medals , I select moves to low level ( appropriate to the level of the Pokemon ) and drag the pokemon in my box , I insert SID , TID & OT [ my data taken from a starter pokemon created in-game ] ( manual save dump and restore to inject pokemon )

There locations need to be correct
they must be in correct balls
they must have correct dates (it cant be caught in the past ie. before the game came out)
you must generate a new encryption key AFTER all the information you want is correct

Its very easy but in all honesty it would be a bad idea.

i now making a new reshiram... with correct dates, correct balls (What require reshiram[?!?]) and Region.. and......

try using an egg legit pokemon as base and modify it from there also legendaries its best to have a base legit to work on because the conditions and everything have to be precise

you can use a reshiram base like a 5th gen reshiram or a caught oras, with that base you can mod it the way you want, the problem with legendaries or created from scratch pokemon its that the system verifies the info and if the info doesnt match legal parameter you cannot use it online,

answering yours you can make a perfect team in seconds using savedatafiler and pkhex so yes
