Hacking PKGJi Displaying "No Items" Config is Healthy?

I experienced the same issue. Just leaving this here for anyone who comes looking for the same info.
(If I'm transgressing in any way, my apologies. I will make sure to re-read the rules tonight.)

This was shared by the NPS team over on reddit (I can't post the link as I am a new member. ):

So, our host dropped TLS 1.0 so we cant use https links on pkgj anymore, so in order to fix/restore functionality, we disabled https redirect.
TLDR - open ux0:/pkgi/config.txt and replace all https with http.
On PC you still can use https links, its up to you if you use https or http on NPS browser.

However from this moment onwards SSL will no longer be supported for the vita untill a hack for fw 3.67+ comes out as support for TLS v1.2 was added we will then support SSL for the vita once again. Hopefully that clears all the confusion.
