Pkgj large games >1gb have trouble downloading

I have managed to download God of war etc but only after multiple "cannot download" errors and having to resume download. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this how it is?

I've been trying to download Frobisher says for around 4 hours due to the error and worry it's something simple.

I know it's not my internet as it's fast but just as I'm new to it that it may be something silly.

Download the game from the nopaystation website using the NPS Browser, downloading large games from the PSVita and PS3 takes too long and usually causes more errors.
