Errmm....im not sure im kinda stuck the thing is i think i left the pistole behind im running around in chapter 3 seeing loads of pistole rounds yet i dont have 1 which chapter do u get it in?

Uhm... the pistol can be found if you walk outside the hospital the first time, then you just walk and kill some zombies until there appears a bloodtrace on the ground... follow it to the left and enter the door, then a cutscene with a man should play... figure the rest out for yourself

BTW: The title of this Thread is pretty misleading I suggest you changing it...
