Gaming Pirated Pokémon Black & Pokébank?

Hi guys

Will Nintendo notice if I send (and maaaybe slightly modified - won't go too wild) Pokémon from a downloaded Pokémon Black to a bought Alpha Sapphire through a bought Pokébank? Can I get banned?

What do you mean downloaded? As in a ROM? Not really understanding lol.
You should be able to and no, you will not get banned. (If were just talking about modifying a mon and sending it to AS from Poke Transporter to Bank)

If your using an r4 card or clone it won't show up.

That's what I was trying to understand lol, if @OP meant a ROM on a flashcard or like a downloaded pkm file.

Then you can't transfer pokemon. You need the legit cart to.

the only way is to get a legit copy of White 2 or Black 2 (you can use White and Black but they do not have multiple Pokemon selection so it takes forever to move stuff into box 1) and use that to transfer to Pokebank.

Only if the icon shows up one the homescreen which means you need the original cartridge BUT you can inject any save with TWLSaveTool (homebrew .cia app for 3DS).

Actually, it is also available as 3DSX.

Yes. I've done that myself before I had a copy of Black to trade over my Pokémon from Diamond.

Maybe if you forward Pokemon black to cartadge,maybe you can use poke transporter.
