There's an exploit coming out for the 3DS. It's a Primary exploit in the game SmileBASIC. It's Digital-Only, so download it now. It's cheaper than Freakyforms, btw.

Unfortunately it's the good, comfy forums that ended up dead or shut down, especially because of internet centralization.
