Picofly chip install readings

I installed the picofly ribbon on the apu. I am getting 28omhs on the top of the capacitor and .1omhs at the bottom of the capacitor to ground. Is it safe now to power up? Am I even measuring correctly? I am using the v1 mod chip btw.

edit: I found something online.
"Resistance to ground should be 8-30ohms on one side of the cap and 0 on the other."

edit: Successfully installed, now how do I backup and create emmunand?

For backup just boot into Hekate and there is a menu for making the NAND backups.
This step should be in the manual.
