Time for another Philos-EoF-y question. ^_^

I know this sounds too ambitious, but it would be interesting to know what would be important for each individual here if there was a chance to create a new country from scratch. :)

Socialist Direct-democracy with (in no particular order):
  • like, really equal rights for all
  • carbon neutral/negative policies
  • fuck you, everything's in the public domain
  • fast and free access to the internet (you vote with this, yes fraud and stuff, we can elaborate when we make a country, thanks for the concern)
  • police are comprised of a rotating group of civilians who enforce da lawe (ideally without any lethal weapons)
  • state-mandated catboyification
  • having no army
  • no prison, focus on reform and mental health (basically just have like a criminal ward in hospitals and treat em as inpatients as a sentence, idk if that'd work but it sounds better)

A country with the best nature and a quiet place to be. WiiMiiSwitch's country will have beautiful beaches and dungeons for liars.
We will send all who call me Polly to jail and it will be based on communism
What is a dungeon? Is that kinda like a duengon?

The geography dictates much here on what goes -- access to the sea vs not (and what type of sea), climate, things you can dig up, things you can grow and sell, what sorts of ninjas you need to defend you, how far it is to go poking your nose in someone else's business and how you set about achieving it, what sort of culture you create (if your population density is too high and useful land too low it changes things quite radically compared to settling new virgin good farmland).

Anyway I like productivity so I would go for that. Science is good and you can't eat songs but at the time time skimming some of the fat to pay a songwriter or two is no bad thing.
The idea of the blank slate human is amusing to ponder in certain scenarios but in general is useless. I may not like human nature if I am seeking maximum productivity but it is the system that is in place so I have to work with it. Ditto biology -- it has effects on things and distributions, making things representatively split because it looks pretty on a spreadsheet is an insane idea.
You have to support your voting with reasoning. Serious administrative burden I know but hey, maybe I can make an AI. I would also expect the reverse -- any laws made, policies pursued or the like would also be readily justified by the mountain of tests. My education system would then have a heavy focus on ability to argue (this is to say logic and rhetoric), recognising human nature and playing nice security/spy/ https://ronaldthomaswest.com/2017/08/21/the-gentlepersons-guide-to-forum-spies/ games.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a fun one. While I would avoid mouse utopia (or if you prefer how often do rich kids end up screwups or family businesses do the 3 generation cycle?) at the same time I do find it better when most are not concerned with food and shelter and can instead pursue something because it is interesting or fulfilling (and make some kind of hunger for that) then so much the better. Healthcare would likely feature here but serious incentives to be healthy would be in place, and I like the old school Chinese approach of you pay when you are healthy such that when you are sick we fix you. Maximum lifetime would likely not be the goal though -- what the merit of spending sometimes years of economic output to drag out the life of a cancer addled dementia patient is I don't know.
Free speech is the good shit. More generally I would be about giving people freedoms where I can (I don't buy the taxation is theft line at all so that is not going to be a problem funding the rest of this).
To go with that my drug policy would be more treatment than punishment, though at the same time I would also go with make a better drug. It is held that there is no real meth (speed) issue in the UK because better choices are available, go one better still. I would also pursue some of the things like the cocaine vaccinations that floated up the other year.
I might not necessarily go full authoritarian and "got a license to breed there, sunshine" but I would go full steam ahead into artificial wombs, genetic manipulation (active manipulation and elimination), cyborg tech and whatever to make my government super science/solider/... types and make it readily available for the citizens, and incentivise it (even going the other way -- cash and prizes for weeding yourself out of the gene pool if you meet certain criteria).
My government can very much compete with the private sector. Expect it to be doing all kinds of research, offering services and more.
Capitalism works for me, would steer clear of complete laissez faire but it would skew that way even if I likely would prod the system to see what that button does from time to time. It is tempting to not have a central bank and do some kind of crypto issuance affair to avoid money printer issues.
Probably evident from above but skills, abilities and history work for me, that is to say meritocracy is good stuff.

So anyway now I have a nation of supervillains. Time to take over the world, or indeed the galaxy. My foreign policy during the rise above would also play to this.

Hmm.....:)

It starts like SimCity....

- Nice Place (maybe Free for Starting.....),here we stay
- Building a House
- Family
- Friends come or maybe by "Mistake" invited....
- Building more Houses
- More Families
- Need Vegetable / Fruit Plantage(s)
- Need Grainfields and other Fields for other Products
- Need Processing / Storage / Cooling Places

- Need .......Meatproduction (Poultry / Cows / Pigs / Fish...)
maybe the 1.Point at which it will lead "maybe" to disagreements......

- Need a Doctor / Hospital
- Need a Firewatch

- Need Education ? (Really do we need this ?) School / Kindergarten
maybe the 2.Point at which it will lead "maybe" to disagreements......

- Need a......Church
maybe the 3.Point at which it will lead "maybe" to disagreements......

- Need Progress........yes and on this Point, all Life "Simulations" fails.....
- Need ........Payment System (Barter and Trade Exchange is already failing at this Point).

In the Meantime:
Some People has somehow got Notice from our beautiful Country.
- Some join us and accept the (currently) very, very few "Rules" of our beautiful Country.
- Some....not (at this Point we can use this Term -> "Humans...."

And surprisely this ominous Day comes:
- Someone takes something (and not in the Sense of "I will trade / buy it")
- Someone takes "Actions" on Someone (and not in the Sense of "I love you")
- Someone from Outside comes into our Country and takes without asking / trading / buying

At last
- Need a "System" to "Guiding and Directing"
- Need a "Mayor"
- Need a Justicesystem / Police
- Need "Borders" to protect our Country
- Need some People to protect our Country

At this Point -> Save Game -> Exit.
Store the Save Game safely near the other 94.652.389 Life "Simulator" Save Games......which all have pretty much the
same Game Score / Game Progress....

But hey,it is maybe only MY Version.,,,,.so it fails maybe always on my Point of View(s)....I do not know.:)

2B2T IRL
kqag42zqjmmz.png

NO KINGS
NO PRESIDENTS
NO LAWS
NO MORALS
ONLY DESTRUCTION

i would prolly be the first to be killed but such is the price of a world without rules.
