Homebrew PHBankGB for gen 2 games?

I was wondering if there was any save manager type of application like PHBankGB that would work with the generation 2 pokemon game vc's. Currently, PHBankGB only works for gen 1 games so I was wondering if there was an application that would be like PHBankGB for gen 2 games (hopefully it can be cross-compatible with gen 1 games too).
