Hacking Homebrew Phat psp with 3.71m33

Hey guys I have a tool battery and Im trying to put cfw on my cousins psp phat but I just don't get the tutorials. Namely.. this one linkage

I have all the files I need all I need is to reformat the memory card and move sectors and whatnot.

The step that really gets me is "#7 In the command prompt, switch into the 'mspformat' folder you extracted from pandora.zip... wherever you had put it."

How do I switch into the exe file? Im really shit with command prompts if you havn't noticed

Can anyone help me out here? Thanks

I guess:

cd MSPFORMATFOLDERGOESHERE

eg, after cd type in C:\mspformat

Typing in "cd x:\mspformat" with out quotes will bring the prompt to the folder mspformat on drive x.

After that type in "mspformat X" without quotes, where X is the drive letter. etc and goodluck on the psp.

Thanks guys I done all that and when I put the pan3.xx folder in PSP it wont let me run it. An error comes up.
Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: I ran Pandora Gui 1.5 and it all went well until I got to the part where I had to install the installer onto the psp. Got the same error 8002014C.

Any one have insight on this prob?

just use totalnewbi easyinstaller. much easier.
