ROM Hack Phantasy Star Zero English Translation or AR code that changes languag

I don't know if this has been asked here but i would like to put in a request for a Phantasy Star Zero English Translation Patch or maybe even just an AR code that will switch the language over to english. I've noticed of late that with a lot of the latest games that come from overseas that they are just doing action replay codes to change the language to english from whatever the language it was originally in is the latest thing. At any rate please forgive me if this is a topic that has already been discussed. I've gone looking through the forums and also done the whole google search thing but haven't come up with much in the way of a translation patch or code or anything.

Nope no Codes or translation since it's being released in english on the 28th of August I think...I may be wrong so someone could correct if they wish.

Why not wait till December whenever an English version comes out like everyone else?
and you don't really need any text to play the game, just to understand it.

Regardless, there's been tons of requests, and there's some issue with it that prevents it from being translated or something like that. I don't know the specifics, but just don't request a translation because you won't get one.
