Lots of advancements have been made to the PPSSPP emulator. It no longer has graphics glitches, and it now has ad-hoc multiplayer working.
HD resolution through PPSSPP emulator
60 FPS patch for both Portable 2 and Infinity

PS: JamRules, Weyu and rest of translation team here at GBA-Temp are targeting to release the English patch for Infinity at the end of this year, so now is a good a time as any to play! Check out their English translation updates here:
