I dont know whether this section is right for my question. I've read somewhere that saving personal data on a NTFS partition containing my Wii Games (.wbfs written through Wii Backup Manager) will corrupt the entire data on that partition. I'm thinking of adding some personal files on my USB HDD partition containing my Wii .wbfs Games. Is the 'corrupt' part true?

I think you got that the wrong way round

using a usbloader on ntfs has a chance of corrupting the ntfs partition
especially in the early days of ntfs loading that was relatively high

the point is to expose as less data as possible to this risk
but the actual content does not influence the risk
