It means that in handheld game already struggles with 60 FPS in battles and by using docked mode you are making it only worse and you won't be able to get something stable at all.

How "not recommended" can mean "can't use it"? If it would not work, I would write "it doesn't work in docked mode".

Cheat that enables 60 FPS for Persona 5 Scramble / Strikers
IPS is possible to do, but annoying to make and update in future, so I won't make it.

Recommended minimal OC settings for battles to get 60 FPS most of time (outside of battles requirements are much lower):

handheld_charging_cpu=1581
handheld_charging_gpu=768
handheld_charging_mem=1600

Docked mode not recommended.

You need to OC CPU to better handle more enemies, OC GPU to better handle multiple graphics effects.

It works only with versions:

* Persona 5 Scramble
> JAP: 1.0.2, 1.0.3
> KOR: 1.0.1

* Persona 5 Strikers: 1.0.0

Go to "Browse Installed Applications", go to your game, select update and press A, go to exefs, select "main", press +, choose "copy", go back to main menu, Browse sdcard, press +, choose "Paste". Congrats, main was extracted to your sdcard
