I also don't want to start an argument, but this is the first time that this game has been remade. Onto a handheld, no less.

Zelda, on the other hand, was ported to 2 Gamecube games: Zelda Collections and Zelda Windwaker/OOT bundle.

Of course, we are all entitled to our own opinions, so I won't push the topic further.

Because 3DS is composed of just original games, it's not like it's best game is a port or anything...

Now, almost all Personas will be disponible for Vita (they just need to get P2: IS for PSP and that's it).
3DS still get Devil Survivor.

I was planning on waiting to get a Vita when the price dropped.

Now I'll be getting it when this games launches in English, regardless of the price. I was hoping for a 3DS version, but I'll take it for anything.

The PlayStation Vita version of Persona 4 is "Persona 4 The Golden." So what's so Golden about it?

Famitsu lists the following (as summed up at [email protected]):

3G and Wi-Fi support
New event scenes
Added Personas
Added character outfits
New character Marie, voiced by Kana Hanazawa. She's a "mysterious girl" who appears before the main characters.
When you're about to die in a dungeon, you can send a message seeking help to other players. It's not specified how this system will work exactly.
Additional anime movie scenes, with new voices
1.5 times the voice of the PS2 original
New song for the opening movie

In an interview with Famitsu, producer Katsura Hashino said that team Persona was originally looking into bringing Persona 4 to PSP. However, they wanted to retain as much as possible from the PS2 version, as opposed to some of the cuts they had to make for Persona 3 Portable. They deemed this impossible on the PSP. This is when they heard about the Vita, and determined that they could make something even better than the PS2 version.

Hashino promised that the Vita version will retain the qualities of the original while also adding many new elements.

This screen shows one of the new Vita exclusive systems where you can send messages seeking help to friends via 3G and Wi-Fi when you're about to die in a dungeon. Famitsu doesn't say what happens when you send those messages.

I love the Wifi/3G idea, but something tells me it won't be as popular and useful as they may think....

The character looks sharper though it seems the in game visuals look similar to the PS2 version. At least we get custom costumes.

I'm glad they kept the PS2's looks. I wouldn't mind an HD looking title with realistic textures and such, but save that for P5 - not a P4 portable port. And I love the costumes - Chie's costume looks adorable, and Yosuke's gym outfit is cool. I can only imagine what Teddie's getting...

Sweet, more cutscenes . I always hoped they'd add more if they made a remake. Likely there will be a crapload of stuff added as this is both a P4P and a P4FES, so I'm really psyched, even if I don't sound like it. Persona 4 is my all time favorite game, after all.
