Capping off the pre-show for The Game Award 2021's pre show was the reveal that Atlus will be bringing Persona 4 Arena Ultimax to Steam, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 early next year. Pre orders will go live soon for the game, which will launch on March 17, 2022.

UPDATE: The game's Steam page is live now. It will cost $30 USD and will include all previously available DLC, including the story mode from the original Persona 4 Arena.

I wasn’t to hyped for this announcement. But still glad they’re porting this game to modern consoles and pc. Especially since it’s canon(?) to P4. Perhaps I’ll finally play this game now that it’s more accessible. Though I guess I could have gotten it for my 360 anytime

Actually I’m getting it on PS4, though it’s looking like it’s gonna be another one of those Japan-exclusive physical editions so I get to double-dip again, just like I did for the Fatal Frame V remaster and the Famicom Detective Club remasters.
