Hacking Persona 2 part 2 PSP translation updates?

Iknow that the team doing it(liked in thesticy) merged with soeone else to get it done better/faster and now i can't seem to find it, nor can I find a blog post saying it's cancelled is it in limbo at this time?

There was once a persona 2 eternal punishment Chinese text translation in progress 2 years ago with some screen captures, but i couldnt locate that baidu post any more this year.
