From what I picked up the dude softmodded his Wii and the HD was one of the crappy ones. He mentioned he had to pull the wire and plug it back in for it to work(his HD). They should both be arrested, him for going to court and admitting he did it for free games, and the douche for charging 150 for a softmod.
