I'm like 30 hours in.... the game looks fine, and runs as expected (KINDA, TOO LONG LOADING TIMES).
I would say you are not missing a lot coming from the Wii U version, it's basically the same without a stage builder and they changed the textures for fighters but seriously, Smash cant do much to improve i guess... one thing i like is how the camera now when you hit someone and that person has been hit a lot it makes this kind of Slow motion approach and then sends them flying out of the screen!
Other that that... EXACT SAME GAME. (You have to choose fighter every time you play a match by the way... its very annoying because in the past if you pick a character that stays with you for all the battles.. if you wanted to change that character you had to press B to pick another one... in Ultimate it forces you to pick a character EVERY BATTLE. SO ANNOYING.
