Better stay away from sellers like these.

Too bad there is only a like-button. How should they know more than anyone else? The only information the resellers have for now are the same information you can read at the tx website or maxconsole post.

There are tons of resellers online, everywhere, that don't really know for sure what they are selling. Specially computer-related. Even local stores, you go to a computer store, and ask for a specific function within a software, and they won't know if it will have it or not, most problably say: "Check the manual". LOL

Well, I wouldn't sell something that I don't know how or IF it works. They should at least have a brief description of the product.

You'd be bankrupt pretty fast if you wanted to make sure you know every detail about every product you are selling. Overly customer-friendly, but bankrupt.
As someone who likes to have special requests when it comes to electronics I can tell you that the average electronics store employee has pretty much no knowledge of most products beyond what's written directly on the package.

You got a refund because the seller has specifically stated a few times before that he doesn't have any issue in doing a refund if you are dubious. That is, infact, a proof of trust.

So you think that a shop with a shop paypal payment (auto Paypal) will scam you?
As you can see you're able to get your money back that easy. Good luck on a other site with only credit card payment

Ordered mine from switchsx.com thats listed in TX site. They actually accept refunds if we decided to not wait anymore
