No, I just did a windows reinstall where I deleted all files, and while I have AVG exe there I haven't installed it. So it's just Windows defender.
As far as the other issues I am not concerned with issues that aren't effecting me, just the audio. When you start trying to fix problems that aren't causing you problem you create a problem.
not when it comes to the basics of your OS, anything making it instable will result in failures to other parts.
but you should fix one problem at a time.
None of the wushowhide.diagcab and other (working in previous versions of Windows) options work anymore. They are either temporary, or not functional anymore.
This is a known problem, with a known fix, but all the shitty clickbait SEO farm websites push the real articles out of the search results past page 10.
Press WIN+R (or right click Start button, click Run)
Type in "services.msc", press ENTER
I forgot which service it is, but I think it's "Device Setup Manager" (DsmSvc), find that, and double-click it
Press "Stop"
From the dropdown, select "Disabled", then click Apply and OK
Close the Services window
Reboot
Now, you should be able to install drivers, but you MUST reboot after installation. If the installer reboots, then you must reboot *again*.
Oh, and you *must* disable the option in Windows Update, where you receive drivers with updates. That option ignores every user choice if enabled, so disabling it is crucial.
The other settings don't work anymore, disabling them is quite pointless.
Do also note, that disabling this service may not make drivers auto-install. But dropping into Device Manager (devmgmt.msc), right clicking on the device, and pressing "Update device driver" will install it just fine.

Even that didn't work still woke up to no audio driver installed, but I've been unable to install the driver from intel or hp websites just by rebooting. The reason for that is when you go to the website it wants you to choose Windows version but there is no option for Windows 10 only to 8 yet whoever made this computer for me installed Windows 10. But also I can only find RealTek Audio driver which is what's in the computer tower it does not put audio to the Television which is what I need.

I tried to rollback driver in device manager, only time will tell if that will help but I doubt it.

Can you please check the Device ID for the Intel Display Audio device in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) ? I assume you want to use HDMI audio.
I don't have that driver installed (as my iGPU is not nooked up to the HDMI port), but here is what relevant parts I need.

Well remember I just rolled back the driver I want to try that out so far it hasn't uninstalled it but sometimes it takes half a day before it does I want to try that out before installing that graphics driver. Thanks for your help though.
I'm using something called RustDesk which is like TeamViewer let's me view the computer from my other computer, I'm suspicious if it might be the cause of the uninstalls. But I don't know for sure.
I don't care if it's intel audio I just want audio. The rollback driver lists as High Definition Audio Device in device manager and digital output in taskbar, but it works that's all I care about. But if I see that it uninstalls I will try your graphics driver.
This computer is not meant to be a gaming computer I already have one gaming computer and I can just stream games to this one I don't need two gaming computers. It's just a cheap computer to keep in the living room for streaming games via Parsec and typical internet browsing or maybe watch a movie.

I really need to know the *exact* VEN_ and DEV_ values to be able to find the correct drivers.
Also, I don't think anything should *uninstall* the audio device. Only DRM/anticheat does that for unsigned drivers, and what I linked is official Intel driver from Microsoft's official driver website, so it's as legit as it gets.
Edit: what I meant to say is, there is a poorly documented feature in the audio device manager. If you can *somehow* right-click in an empty space (really difficult to do), you can show disabled and hidden devices, to see if the driver is really uninstalled, or if the driver/device just craps out on you for some reason.

I just put the computer to sleep to see if I can wake it from wireless keyboard/mouse and went it woke up, audio device not installed. So I went to sounds it says "digital output not plugged in" This is the rolled back driver. I'm going to try to install that driver but I have to leave it'll be a little later.

Installing Win 7 on that PC would probably take care of the issue. Curious as to why you don't use the RealTek audio. What is the reason you say it doesn't work? Can't you do display port to HDMI with an adapter? Audio issues with your specific PC also seem to be common as there are a lot of posts about it on the HP forums. Have you tried any of the solutions/recommendations from there?
I went to device manager add legacy hardware sound video and game controllers have disk extracted the .inf but when I choose it, it just doesn't let me continue next is grayed out like I didn't select anything. As you can see in the pics below I can't proceed.

Nevermind forgot you can just install a .inf by right clicking and choose install. It said operation completed successfully. It didn't show up in device manager after installing .inf I had to reboot and now I have no clue if it's the one I installed or just the one that always installs when I reboot. Guess time will tell if it uninstalls or not.

As I explained Realtek only comes out of my computer speaker which is built into the computer tower which I have disabled in bios because I don't like or want, I want sound to come out of my TV which only the Intel Display Audio can do. AFAIK there is no way to make Realtek audio come through the TV or I would have already done it. I'm already using a Display Port to HDMI adapter to get it to show up on the TV.
Your link did install both Graphics Driver and Intel Audio, hopefully it is updated and hopefully whatever is causing the uninstall will cease to do so. Otherwise IDK about to give up and just reboot when it uninstalls.

I'm about to give up i rebooted put it to sleep woke it up and audio device uninstalled. I do not believe it is the driver itself that is the issue.
I've been able to consistently make it uninstall I just used sleep 5 times with it installed when waking from sleep it uninstalls every single time.

Possibly a BIOS setting causing it? Have you tried resetting the CMOS? You mentioned not knowing if Rust Desk was causing the issue. Have you tried uninstalling it and seeing if it is? Only other thing I can think of is downgrading to Win 7. You could try a dual boot to check, so you don't lose everything on your Win 10 partition if Win 7 doesn't remedy things.

I tried all that but I am not going to Windows 7, I just am using an autohotkey script to reboot every 30 minutes that the computer is idle. It rarely happens while in use only once or twice it's usually while it's idle so that will help for the most part.
Yes tried without RustDesk, Bios nothing, install unsigned drivers no help, tried different display port adapter, tried pretty much every suggestion here. It's okay, I appreciate everyone's help. No reason to keep trying forever.

If this is just a media/streaming machine, why not give Linux a try? It can do both of those things just as well as Windows, if not better. Not sure if somebody already suggested this, but sorry if they did. I'm a huge fan of Pop!_OS, though, and it's been my OS of choice for the past 7 years. It's a heavily modified fork of Ubuntu, and you can expect it to be user friendly. Its stability and ease of use are why I've stuck with it for so long.
