To receive and spend money using paypal do i need to be verified?

(and what i mean by that is not by adding a card or a bank)

some ppl say yes u can but how?

I'm not verified and I can still send and receive cash using PayPal. What happens is you've got an upper limit, 1000 pounds here in the UK I think it is, and when you hit that limit you have to get verified before you can use your account again.

Instead of ordering stuff online without your parents' permission, try convincing them to let you buy whatever it is that you want.

PayPal is a big nono if you're under 18 and have no credit card.

No my parents got me a credit card well it uses my dads name and info on it he says i can buy whatever and crap and your right im not gonna use paypal was thinking but nah i ordered many things with his card but he puts a limit of 1000 dollars a month..so yea..im good.

You can usually tell what kind of paypal account you have by typing:

[name and address]*paypal account*[/credit card number]
