Paypal query, can I withdraw / redeem cash?

Hey guys, I'm planning on selling Star Fox 64 3DS on Ebay and I'm making a paypal account in order to do so.
When the buyer puts money into my account, how do I redeem it?
Does there have to be a certain amount? Do I need to link my bank account in order to redeem it?

You need to link your bank account to your paypal, as it transfers the funds directly to it.

Minimum depends on your currency. $15 AUD, $15 CAD, $10 USD.
As soon as you log into paypal, Withdraw > transfer to bank > amount.

I'm not sure about the rules for Aussies, but accounts that are linked to a bank account in the US are also eligible for a MasterCard debit-only card that allows you to spend your PayPal balance or withdraw it from ATM's. Instead of putting the money in your bank.
I actually prefer to use this because I get 1.5% cash back and that's more than the interest rate my bank gives me.

im not sure because i dont buy much stuff online or sell but i also think its for people n the us.
