The warmboot browser exploit should eventually be compatible with 5.x-7.x, but it's probably going to be a long time before that happens, and the Switch cannot be updated or connected to the internet in the meantime.

If you have a patched Switch that isn't on 4.1.0, I recommend selling/returning it and buying an unpatched one.

I just ordered a rcm jig, and i put my serial number in to a website to see if it was patched and it said not sure. Should i still return it/sell it?

What are the first few digits of your serial number?

Also, you don't need to buy a jig; a paperclip bent the right way works just fine, especially if you're only using it one time to install AutoRCM anyway.
