Hacking Patching region-free directly into Home Menu (arm9loaderhax or EmuNAND only)

Update: Thanks to everyone who insisted that my blackbox problem was indeed my problem i.e. titles installed to nand that shouldn't be there...

Anyways there is a quick 20min fix for this;
-back up problematic emunand using emunand tool
-find a spare mem card and inject problematic emunand to it, this mem card should have no Nintendo 3ds folder or a clean one
-use decrypt 9 to inject fbi to health and saftey in emunand
-use fbi emunand to install bigblue menu
-use bigblue menu to delete the CTR-x-xxxx files located on nand
-after a reboot check black box is gone and use decrypt 9 to restore health and safety app and use emunand tool again to move fixed emunand to problematic emunand card

By using a new card with a few Nintendo 3DS folder, the problematic files stick out like a sore thumb in BigBlue making it easier to identify

Why go through all this trouble? Just go to Destination: NAND in FBI and delete any title that says "App" instead of "System" (meaning it shouldn't be there). 1 minute fix. You can back up your NAND if you're too paranoid about it.

My way will be the better way for some...the process I listed has nothing to do with being paranoid?

Did you install patched NS for the out-of-region game cards?

NS was already patched code.
so doesn't edit codes.
I use 10.7 JPN.

Thanks man... But I think I made a mistake of installing the version-spoofed version, so I can't install it over the patched one...
Any workaround for it?

back up emunand, then delete the old titles and install these new ones. or, you can use an older Dev Menu if that works.

that means something else is installed to NAND that normally shouldn't be there. it's not a result of my patch (the same thing would happen if you used rxTools since it also has region-free). you could check the installed NAND titles to see.
