Hacking Patching Metroid Prime 3 ISO

I am downloading MP3 to play on my PAL console. I have been told I will need to use wii brick blocker to do this. I have never used it before and this is my first time burning a wii disc. Does anybody here use brick blocker? Is it safe? What does it do exactly?

Using wii brick blocker doesnt work with MP3.
