Hacking Patching a ISO with an Ocarina Code in WiiVC on WiiU

Hey, is there a way to patch a ISO (Wii Game) with an Ocarina cheat Code ? In theory, would I be able to play DK Country Returns on the Gamepad (game doesn't have classic controller support) if I injected a code that adds the support ? thanks.

yes, that will work.
the problem is to apply the patch on the correct files, instead of memory addresses.

If it's patching the dol, it should be easy. you'll have to translate memory addresses to file's position.
