It's impossible to downgrade a patched system because it needs to be using custom firmware to downgrade. So for now you're stuck just wait.

Tip: I think "Search hard for a patched one" might by more successful than "Just wait"

Never downgrade an ipatched unit, you will hard-brick.
You will be unable to boot into stock due to the efuse count mismatch, and you will be unable to enter Hekate to recover with a backup.

If you really want hacked switch, I'd really suggest you to just get an unpatched switch while you still can.
