    Really regretting updating from 9.0 to 9.8.0 when my 3ds got delivered from amazon. (b4 I knew about the 3ds hacking scene)

    You need to pop down to your local KFC and find the kernel. Then exploit him however you wish ;).

    Study basic/intermediate/advanced programming languages, learn and perfect Assembly, then get stuck into some reverse engineering projects. Bake 'til firm.

    You need to find a security breach, hardware (modchip) or software (softmod) which is really not easy now.
