You'll have to wipe your Cubic Ninja save, set up Ninjhax, install a Cubic Ninja CIA, launch the CIA, launch NTR.

Yes, you'll need to figure out how to backup your Cubic Ninja game and then convert it to a CIA. These are things that you can research yourself, however.

Generate Ncchinfo.bin whit ncchinfo_gen.py
Dump Xorpads whit Cubic Ninja (Decrypt9) or Multidecrypter Launcher.dat and Mset
Use a 3ds to Cia Converter.

How would that work? You need to get to Cubic Ninja in the first place to get into the CFW. It won't load from sysNAND without loading the CFW.

You load the CFW from the cart, and then you use the CIA to load NTR (since NTR uses a different QR code so you don't have to wipe the save every time)

Oh I see, I thought people were asking how to add CN to the home screen so they don't need the cart

The only 3DS I think that could work on is the Japanese 3DS since CN was in the e-shop at some point.
