Mset booting of pasta is possible on 4.x.
Spider is coming 'soon' according to nop90.

spider is launching hax via old3ds browser. It's essentially GW's Ultra entry point being reworked for hombrew.
spider should be available for 4.x - 9.2. It may come out piecemeal. idk.
