on the sd card from your 3DS open folder "Nintendo 3DS"
within that folder is another folder with a bunch of random characters, open it
Within that folder is another folder with a bunch of random characters, open it.
Create a folder and name it "dbs" (without the quotes...)
Drag and drop the files from uploaded zip. (title.db & import.db) into the new folder you created "dbs"
(exmaple. "Nintendo 3DS/21301hasd0h21321has0r234wer/213sd64334435501asdaf1h7as0/dps")
Put the sd card back into your 3DS.
Go to your "System Settings", then go to "Data Management", then go to "Nintendo 3DS" then go to "Software"
Let the system fix the files.

Why is everyone making such a huge deal over emuNAND support?
Besides the so called "sysNAND protection", wouldn't just eShop spoofing do the same thing as a 9.7 emuNAND?

Because there's always that 0.000000001% chance that an installed title will corrupt sysnand in someway if its something other than a game or homebrew app.
Because as soon as updates and eShop content drops using the new keyY generation added in 9.4 (or new SDK stuff), they're stuck. Which is why for now GW is still a superior solution for people. Plus you get .3ds loading which is neat I guess.
I'm planning on just doing or having the HardMod done. Even with emunand retards upgrade the sysnand... Not talking from experience but I have done retarded things before... 
I heard that it emunand support is planned, but just not added yet.
Also, I don't think NTR will get it merged, unfortunate as it is, because the NTR developer (like many CFW developers) doesn't like piracy, and that's possible with this. But I wouldn't be surprised if the features of NTR got added to this CFW, which would actually be even better because then the source code would most likely be public.

A plugin system would be neat. I don't care about allowed piracy. Unsigned cias (homebrew) is what I like most.
Only add emunand over it, and it is perfect to me. Gateway does the job. but red card dongle and classic mode with no unsigned cia support annoys me. I have to play with classic mode/rxtools and gateway mode to get the wanted feature (cartrige launching or cia)

Yeah, but the thing is from a technical standpoint there is no difference between piracy and unsigned CIA's. The only difference is the copyright status of the content, which is a legal concept rather than a technical one. As a result, blocking one necessitates blocking the other as well.
This CFW will be a great utility for SDF. Other than that, I'll probably return to my emuNAND soon. I do hope that the community can continue to develop this though.
