Hacking Passing saves from original cartridge to PC

I've been looking for some method of backuping my original DS games to my PC (only the saves), I found some , but I'd like to hear which is the best one and if it works with the M3i Zero or the Acekard 2i since I don't have any hardware that could help with the backup like the NDS Backup Adapter
