Short version those doing the i94 esta stuff for visiting the US (even those under visa waiver have to complete it) might well be asked for their social network handles.
You might think I would be against this but I am actually all for this -- it is well known that phones under investigation tend not to be cut off when you neglect to pay a bill but now I imagine if you are being watched by the all seeing eye that all of a sudden validates your spam, sock puppet and such accounts.
