Hello all, fairly new to the hacking scene, but very familiar with making moderately high quality palette swaps in my free time. I would like to get into palette swapping characters for smash 4 for myself, and potentially for other people if they like my work. The problem is I have no idea where to start looking for any dev tools that can get me started. Nor do i know of any additional peripherals I may need to do such editing. I'm really eager to get started on these reskins and i hope someone here can help me
