Are there any converter(PAL to NTSC)that bypasses the 50hz/60hz check, like Super Mario All Stars, or Super Metroid?

I think the Datel programmable universal adapter can patch that check in memory to get past it. It can only get past it though, not change the mode and neither of those games work properly forced to 60Hz (which an NTSC SNES will be doing unless modded).

Pal super Mario all-stars randomly glitches when forced.

Pal Super Metroid was a half assed conversion and is just shit in either mode. Half assed conversion, where only Samus was speed corrected. So in 60Hz, she moves too fast.

Does the regular universal adapter work?
