Hacking Pal region free help

I need help trying to get some NTSC games running in disk channel on two PAL wii's.
They both have waninkoko updated 4.0E, cioscorp v2 and preloader 0.29 and cios rev10 already installed.
the problem is the same on both wii's. Whenever i put wii region free hacks on PAL games stop working but NTSC works but vise versa when i turn them off. All i need to know is which hacks to turn on/off to get region free disk loading working on a 4.0E wii and if some can give me there working, region free, pal, hacks.ini file that would be much appreciated

try to turn off you're "Force Region 1&2" it worked for me.
But my disc won't stop spinning after turning off my wii
