Gaming PAL GCN game work on NTSC Wii?

Hey, I have a Pal Melee GCN ISO but it gives me a green screen and the wii freezes. I'm guessing its because I have a NTSCU wii. SO is there anyway I can get a pal gcn game to work on a ntsc wii? I tried to get a copy of a ntsc melee iso but it's only available on demonoid. Can someone give me an invitation code for the site? Thanks. (Or tell me how to get pal gcn games to work on ntsc. i tired gcbooter, gcos and geckoos but none of them work)
