Hacking PAL 3DS to NTSC 3DS - Save data and NNID questions

Okay so here's the deal. I've been using a PAL, B9S New3DS console for several years now. No Emunand, all the games are PAL, installed as cia and I have my NNID linked to the console. I recently bought a NTSC New3DS XL and I want to be able to play my games on the XL and continue where I left off on my regular New3DS. Now I know that save games for PAL games don't work for their NTSC equivalent so I plan on hacking the XL and installing luma (with the region free option) to be able to play my PAL games on the NTSC XL. But I don't know how to get the save games from my PAL New3DS onto my NTSC XL. What's the best way to do this?

Also, because I accessed the eShop at least once on my PAL New3DS, I know that I won't be able to use my current NNID on the XL and I'll have to create a new one. Assuming I somehow manage to transfer the save games from my PAL console to my NTSC console, will they even work on a system with a different NNID?

Use JKSM to export the save games on the old console and import on the new one.

There are no PAL or NTSC 3ds consoles. The hardware is everywhere the same. Only difference they have is a different region they belong to. If you install CFW, the region for games does not matter anymore as long your cfw of choice is handling that. Since game saves can be reencrypted, they are not tied to nnid anymore meaning you can use any save you want. Just use JKSM or similar.

However it won't achieve a lot, you won't be able to do system transfers cross-region and a lot of the time the eShop won't work on the new region.
