Gaming Own Pokemon in PBR

hi folks i dont own a NDS so i cannot transfer my pokemon to the game but is there any possibility to use some custom pokemon except for these from the rental passes.
if no then this game's really lame

If someone made a Pokesav-like program for PBR saves you could use it to edit saves and put them on the Wii through an SD card right? that way people could still have custom pokemon with a flashcart.
