can anyone tell me step by step instructions on how to make a relic weapon into one that has element power over 9000-30k using powersaves? i tried watching a video about it but it wasn't that much help..

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
